How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are!
Order processing takes 1-2 weeks after your order has been placed. Some orders with handmade products might take a litte longer due to its handmade nature.
Domestic orders within Singapore typically take 2–5 days after processing time.
International orders may take 5–18 days after processing.
Delivery details and tracking will be included in your confirmation email.

However, if you do encounter any issues with your order, including but not limited to receiving the wrong item(s), damaged item(s), or missing item(s), please contact us using the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue you are facing. Please also provide photos of your issue if applicable. We will assist you and work to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

What materials do you use?
Most of our pieces are stainless steel base, vacuum plated with 14k or 18k gold. Other common materials are fresh water pearls, gemstones, crystals, glass beads, seed beeds, resin, copper etc.
Stainless steel is generally hypoallergenic and safe for most people with sensitive skin. However, everyone’s skin reacts differently, and some people may still experience irritation.
Stainless steel is also a highly resistant material that resists water and knocks. It is tarnish-resistant and is easy to maintain so it’s well-suited for everyday use. It is also water-resistant, but we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water to preserve the plating over time.
Some of our earrings are gold-plated copper-based with 925 silver post, which are usually made and imported from Korea. Please note that over time the plating might wear off, when copper is exposed to air and moisture, it forms copper oxide, which transfers to your skin. Notably, this is harmless and can be washed off easily with soap and water. Thus, rest assured, the green cannot hurt you.
How to care for my jewelry pieces?
- Avoid prolonged water exposure.
- Keep away from pools, spas, and the oceans.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, harsh soaps and chemicals.
- Recommend removing it before showering, exercising, or sleeping.
- To clean: wipe with a slightly damp and soft towel, and store in a dry pouch or jewelry box.
