All orders are made-to-order, orders will be shipped out after production and processing time (1-2 weeks). Thank you for supporting our small business! Please review our shipping policy below:
📦 All orders are shipped using Sing Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information and a tracking number.
🇺🇸 Currently, we DO NOT ship to the US as we are in the process of creating a new shipping channel with Sing Post. We'll be able to ship out orders to the US as soon as this is sorted out.
⭐️ We are not liable for any additional customs fees that may be incurred. All taxes, customs, import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur. Nonetheless, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise and we can help facilitate communication with the shipping carrier, if needed. INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, HIKOHIKO.CO cannot be held responsible for these delays.
All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
Canadian/Ukrain customers please take into consideration that Canadian/Ukraine orders take longer to arrive, this is totally out of our hands and to do with the strict custom clearance. Also tracked service does not update once handed over to Canada Post/Ukraine Post, it will update again once delivered.
